Launching this business was EXACTLY what I needed - it came at the exact right time for me in which I was in the right headspace to take action and dive right in! It has since been once of the best decisions I've ever made.

I had previously had bad experiences with employers, and although then found a comfortable career with lovely people - knew deep down this mundane 9-5 routine isn't how I wanted to live my life forever.

Studying Naturopathic medicine has given me a completely different perspective on life and how much we actually have control over... our health AND our future! This opportunity is now enabling me to work towards a life of time & financial freedom, allowing me to put more time into my Naturopathic studies and begin my own journey helping people heal chronic disease. And also give me more time to live an intentional life, with slow mornings and spending more time out in nature!

Not only am I working towards the life some people can only dream of, I have met the most BEAUTIFUL community of supportive, like-minded women along the way!

I am incredibly passionate about helping women change their lives for the better, both through healing and creating a future of their dreams!
